The pair behind Pearlcare is Keith Bruno and Evan Pollak, two like-minded individuals working toward a common goal — to help people.

At the age of 24, these childhood friends teamed up to tackle an issue that has an effect on millions of people in America each year, and that is the need for quality recruiters in the American healthcare system. As a result of their passion to help others, Pearlcare was built on the notion that the customer comes first.

Pearlcare is privately owned and operated by Keith and Evan and they are directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, whether that includes answering phones or recruiting. As co-founders, Keith and Evan's dedication is demonstrated through their actions, and there is no aspect of the business that they are not fully engaged in to ensure that their employees, nurses, hospitals they work with and, most of all, their customers' needs are met.
