As the President of PearlCare, Evan is responsible for strategic planning, fiduciary management responsibilities, and is involved in staffing operations to assure financial growth of the organization. His goal is to maintain excellence in customer service and the delivery of safe, quality patient care by PearlCare's healthcare/companion professionals.

Previous to his leadership role with PearlCare, Evan had a two-year stint as a financial advisor at UBS.

Evan has a bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo where he double majored in mathematics and economics. In addition to his dedicated work with PearlCare, Evan takes the time to give back to his local community by coaching youth hockey in Mamaroneck, N.Y.

As the Vice President of Operations of PearlCare, Keith manages the day-to-day operations of the entire company. He oversees all of the operations and services of seven divisions and works with internal and external field staff in the implementation of new plans and procedures. He also develops all marketing strategies to continue growth and development.

Prior to founding PearlCare as a partner in 2004, Keith served for two-plus years as the Executive Recruiter for a national healthcare staffing company, which is where he discovered his passion for recruiting. He now has more than nine years of experience in healthcare and seven years of experience as an entrepreneur.

Keith has a bachelor's degree in finance from Iona College.

As the Director of Human Resources, Laura oversees nurse compliance with the company and Joint Commission regulations. She is heavily involved in the development of new business ventures. Laura also manages scheduling and payroll, as well as assists with marketing campaigns.

While attending Quinnipiac University, Laura worked part-time at PearlCare. She graduated from the university in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in finance and has joined the PearlCare staff as a fulltime employee.

As an administrative assistant, Alesia assists PearlCare employees with daily tasks such as scheduling, payroll and employee credentialing. She also supports clients, organizes the office's administrative duties, as well as recieves and handles information for distribution to staff and employees.

Alesia is entering her senior year at the University of Maryland-College Park where she is double majoring in communications and psychology. Alesia has worked part-time for PearlCare since 2008.
