enjoy the finer things in life! The way this system works is simple. For
every nurse you refer that becomes an employee of PearlCare you get
paid. You will get paid per hour for every hour that nurse works.
This is a residual payment, not just a one time bonus. The more hours
the referred nurses work, the more money you make, it’s that simple!
With this payment plan you can increase your hourly wage up to $15
per hour for simply referring your associates. In order to qualify for this
payment plan, you need to work at least one shift a month for
PearlCare. The payment schedule will vary upon hours worked by
referred employees and the amount of employees referred.
